All images held within this site are either owned by their respective companies/organisations (and are acknowledged) or are our property and may not be used in any form elsewhere without express permission. Long story short - don't steal things.

All designs/images (engineering, web, CAD or graphic) held within this site are either owned by the original manufacturer/designer or are our intellectual property and may not be used without express permission. So again, don't steal things, (That's twice, so no excuses).

Talk to us first and as long as you don't plan to use our property/designs for commercial gain we may say "OK"... You never know.

If there are images/designs on this site that are owned by other companies/organisations/individuals and are not credited - please contact using the above email link and we will either amend the credit details or remove the item.

Speed limits / The law etc etc

Any excursions outside of nationally mandated speed limits are conducted on race circuits, airfields or other private venues that are arranged by reputable companies in the motorsport field and so: Any comments on this site that indicate that any members have or are thinking of breaking any laws with regard to the Road Traffic Act (and associated acts) are of course falsehoods, lies and fabrications on our /their part and should not be taken as fact. If you are in law enforcement, insurance or indeed a concerned member of the public, by entering this site you acknowledge the previous statements and understand the difference between reality and fiction.

General common sense stuff

Any use of any 'information, advice, services, recommendations or indeed even a vague hint' are entirely at your own risk and nothing to do with us, we are not liable. If you break something, burn it to the ground, go bankrupt, get arrested or otherwise come a cropper etc etc, it is all your own fault. By entering this site you agree to these terms and therefore are on your own in the event of "It all going disastrously wrong".
