There are a number of local shows and events coming up over the next few weeks that I thought may be of interest.

These are:

Sunday 27th July
Car Treasure Hunt. This is being organised by Andy Petrie of the East Anglian Kit Car Club and WSCC and starts at The Park Hotel Diss at 11.00am. It is about 20-25 miles long and should take 1hr 15mins to 1hr 30mins to complete.

Sunday 3rd August
Helmingham Hall festival of classic and sports cars. This is a popular show and I think it is too late now to register to take your car in for free, however you can still turn up and pay on the gate. Further details at: Helmingham

Saturday 9th - Sunday 10th August
Peterborough Kit Car Show. If you are interested in attending this show and would like to travel in convoy then please let me know and I will arrange suitable meeting locations and routes. Website at: Peterborough Kit Car Show

Saturday 16th - Sunday 17th August Rougham Air Display and Classic Car Show. Further details at: Rougham

Sunday 24th - Monday 25th August Knebworth Park Classic Car Show. Not as local as some but reported to be a very good event. Details at: Knebworth
